• Quoted rate is for a 10 hour guarantee day
• 1.5x hourly OT after 10 hours
• 2x hourly OT after 12 hours

• Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming Collective Hunch, Inc as loss payee is required for equipment rentals

• 48 hours notice - 1/2 fee for total shoot days (day rate + equipment)
• 24 hours notice - Full fee for total shoot days (day rate + equipment)
• If I turn down other jobs for your confirmed production, and your shoot is cancelled within 72 hours, we negotiate additional kill fees based on lost work

Net 30 from date of invoice submission

• Travel days are billed at full day rate
• Down days in the field are billed at a full day rate
• Productions requiring air travel also require an equipment preparation and packing day

• Mileage charges are billed at IRS mileage rate (0.70¢ in 2025) and hours are calculated Point to Point
